# Which industrial clusters are eligible for the ADEETIE scheme?

ADEETIE covers Udyam-registered MSMEs in 60 named clusters across 14 energy-intensive sectors, from Morbi ceramics and Firozabad glass to Ludhiana forging and Tirupur textiles. If your unit sits outside these clusters, it does not qualify in the first phase.

## Clusters by sector

- Brass: Jagadhari, Jamnagar, Moradabad, Salem.
- Bricks: Bengaluru, Begusarai, Indore, Nagpur, Tripura.
- Ceramics: Morbi region, Thangadh, Khurja.
- Chemicals: Ankleshwar and Panoli, Jamshedpur, Karnal, Thane, Vapi.
- Fisheries: Kochi, Bhubaneswar, West Godavari.
- Food processing: Ganjam and Nayagarh, Kaithal, Ludhiana, Pune.
- Forging: Bengaluru, Pune, Delhi-NCR, Chennai, Ludhiana.

- Foundry: Batala, Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Howrah, Rajkot, Belgaum, Coimbatore.
- Glass and refractory: Ambala, Chirkunda, East and West Godavari, Firozabad.
- Leather: Kanpur, Kolkata, Pallavaram and Vaniyambadi, Jalandhar.
- Paper: Muzaffarnagar-Saharanpur, Kashipur, Vapi, Coimbatore and Erode.
- Pharma: Baddi, Medak, Madgaon, Ahmedabad, Bidar.
- Steel re-rolling: Mandi Gobindgarh and Ludhiana, Jaipur, Jalna, Raipur.

## Other conditions

- Udyam registration and manufacturing operations inside the cluster.
- A loan from a bank or financial institution for the project.
- At least 10 percent energy savings from the chosen technology.

## Outside the list?

BEE's booklet says a second phase is planned for about 100 more clusters, based on learnings from the first 60. Until then, look at your state's efficiency schemes and SIDBI's energy saving loans.
