# The photo of my bill is blurred and the units are unreadable. What should I do?

Do not guess the number. Download a fresh copy from your DISCOM or supplier portal, ask the supplier for a duplicate, or read the meter history. A guessed figure is the first thing a verifier challenges, and one wrong digit can move a month by thousands of kWh.

## Where to get a clean copy

- Most DISCOMs let you download past bills by consumer number.
- Fuel and gas suppliers reissue invoices on request.
- Your meter reading history or the bill's QR code.

## Taking a better photo

Lay the bill flat in daylight, fill the frame and keep the units, dates and consumer number sharp.

## What Senseible does here

Senseible flags fields it cannot read clearly instead of filling them in, so a gap stays visible until you supply a clean copy.
