# I have used my Senseible invoice reads for this month. When does the limit reset and what are my options?

Your invoice reads reset at midnight India time on the 1st of each calendar month. Until then you have three options: buy invoice credits on your Subscription page at ₹79 per 100 before GST, move to a larger plan, or wait for the new month. Credits are used only after your monthly allowance runs out.

## When the allowance resets

Allowances run by calendar month in India time, not from the date you signed up. On the 1st at 00:00 IST the count starts again: 10 reads on Snapshot, 100 on Essential, 1,000 on Pro and 10,000 on Scale. Unused reads do not carry over to the next month.

- When the limit is reached, Senseible shows: Page limit reached. Upgrade, wait until next month, or top up credits now on your Subscription page.

## Option 1: buy invoice credits

- ₹79 per pack of 100 invoices, before GST; 1 to 50 packs in one purchase.
- Bought in Top up and services on your Subscription page; UPI adds only GST, card, netbanking or wallet adds a 4% fee before GST.
- Credits are drawn only after the month's plan allowance is used, so buying early does not waste them.
- Validity: 12 months when bought on a yearly plan, but no later than 30 days after that plan ends; 30 days from payment on a monthly or free plan.

## Option 2: move to a larger plan

A larger plan raises the monthly allowance once it is active, and reads you already used this month count toward the new allowance. This is worth it when you run over every month. If you run over only at quarter or year end, credits usually cost less.

## Option 3: wait, and what to do meanwhile

Keep the bills and invoices together and upload them after the reset. Records already read stay in your account. If a buyer or lender deadline falls before the 1st, credits are the quickest route.

## Page counting from November 2026

Each PDF page and each photo will count as one read. This starts on 1 November 2026 for yearly and free plans, at the next billing date for monthly plans, and for every account by 1 December 2026. A 4-page bill will then use four reads, so recheck your monthly estimate.

## Worked example: Essential user who needs 230 more reads on 18 October

- Essential allowance: 100 reads, all used
- Packs needed: 230 / 100 = 2.3, so 3 packs (300 credits)
- Cost by UPI: 3 x ₹79 = ₹237 + 18% GST (₹42.66) = ₹279.66
- The 70 unused credits stay available until they expire: 30 days from payment on a monthly plan
