# How do I ask suppliers for their emissions?

Pick the reporting year at the top, press Ask suppliers, and add one supplier per line.

- Link valid for: 30 days
- Marked overdue: After 14 days, or when the link expires

1. Each line: name, email or GSTIN, what you buy, and % of purchases. Pasting from a spreadsheet works.
2. Suppliers with an email get a private link. Suppliers added by GSTIN see the request when they sign in.
3. Remind a supplier with an email once every 3 days. Each reminder sends a fresh 30-day link.
