# What happens to my bank or financial statements?

They are stored privately and never shown in your records.

- Without an account: Never kept
- Figures shown as: From your documents, never verified

1. We keep only monthly totals: money in, money out, balances and spending by type. Never names, account numbers or transactions. We use them to assess climate finance and risk.
2. History lists them as Private records, with no view or download.
3. Turn on Finance insights in Settings to see your own monthly totals on your Dashboard, depending on your plan.
