# What do the supplier statuses and grades mean?

Status shows where each request is. The grade shows how much of a figure comes from verified bills.

- A: 90% or more from verified bills
- B: 75% or more
- C: 50% or more
- D: Under half, or their own number

1. Sent: not opened yet. Opened: they followed the link. Shared: their figure is in. Overdue: no share after 14 days. Declined: they stopped sharing.
2. "Own number" (amber in the chart) means the supplier typed a figure without bills. Ask them for the bills.
