# What can each team role do?

You pick a role for each person when you invite them.

- Admin: Everything except making admins
- Data manager: Adds, corrects and verifies invoices
- Analyst: Adds invoices and builds reports
- Carbon auditor: Verifies and builds reports
- Viewer: Reads only

1. An analyst cannot verify, so a second person checks the numbers.
2. Your plan sets how many seats you have.
