# क्या factory, दुकान या office को PM Surya Ghar rooftop solar subsidy मिल सकती है?

नहीं। MNRE की guidelines कहती हैं कि non-residential consumers को, सरकारी, commercial और industrial connections सहित, कोई central financial assistance नहीं दी जाएगी। Subsidy सिर्फ़ residential बिजली connection से जुड़े grid-connected rooftop systems के लिए है, और housing societies की साझा सुविधाओं के लिए।

## कौन योग्य है

- Residential consumer, जिसका grid-connected system छत, terrace, balcony या ऊँचे ढाँचे पर लगा हो और उसके residential connection से जुड़ा हो।
- Group housing societies और resident welfare associations, साझा सुविधाओं के लिए, EV charging सहित।
- Commercial, industrial या सरकारी connections नहीं।

## इसकी जगह कारोबार क्या कर सकता है

- Rooftop solar का पैसा ख़ुद लगाएँ, या RESCO या solar loan से; कई banks MSMEs के लिए products देते हैं।
- राज्य की schemes और net metering के नियम देखें, जो आपका state commission तय करता है।
- Payback में accelerated depreciation और bill की बचत गिनें, क्योंकि गिनने के लिए कोई central subsidy नहीं है।

## आपके carbon आँकड़ों के लिए

Subsidy मिले या नहीं, factory का अपना rooftop solar उसके bill की grid बिजली घटाता है, जिससे location-based Scope 2 कम होता है। हर महीने की inverter और net meter readings रखें।

## Senseible यहाँ क्या करता है

Senseible बिजली bills पढ़ता है, net metering lines सहित, ताकि grid import, export और solar generation एक monthly record में factor और स्रोत के साथ दिखें। आँकड़े self-declared हैं।
