What carbon tasks should a small company do each month and quarter?
Monthly: file every electricity and fuel bill and enter it. Quarterly: check totals against production and fix gaps. Yearly: close the inventory, have a second person check it, then answer buyer and bank requests from that one figure. Small, regular steps beat a rush at year end.
