Cold room power is part of your Scope 2: kWh times 0.710 kg CO2 per kWh. If the cold room has its own meter, report it separately so you can see what storage costs per pallet or per batch.

Sub-meter kWh for cold rooms, or estimate from rated load and hours, labelled as an estimate.
Multiply by 0.710.
Add refrigerant top-ups as Scope 1.
