How does a Nellore parboiled rice mill count emissions from its husk boiler?

Husk CO2 is biogenic, so report it separately; methane and nitrous oxide from burning it stay in Scope 1. Add electricity for hulling, polishing and dryers at 0.710 kg CO2 per kWh, and divide by tonnes of paddy or rice. Selling surplus husk or ash does not reduce your own figure.
