What grid emission factor should a Pakistani supplier use for Scope 2?
Pakistan's grid mixes hydro, gas, imported and local coal, nuclear and furnace oil, which puts it roughly around 0.4 to 0.5 kg CO2 per kWh. Use the official or IEA figure for the reporting year and cite it. Gas or diesel generators you run on site are Scope 1, not part of this figure.
Sources
A national factor from the government, the regulator or the IEA, for the year. Name it.
Captive power
Many textile and cement plants run their own gas engines or turbines. That fuel is Scope 1.

kWh from bills, factor, source and year together.
What Senseible does here
Senseible reads electricity bills into a dated, fingerprinted record per site and applies the grid factor you choose with its source and year shown, so a buyer can see exactly which figure was used.
