How do I calculate emissions from milling and resurfacing a road?

Add diesel for the milling machine, paver, rollers and tippers to the emissions of the hot mix laid, from the asphalt plant's fuel per tonne and the bitumen. Reusing milled material in new mix cuts virgin bitumen and aggregate. Divide by lane km.
