How do I estimate the CBAM cost per tonne of Turkish cement in 2026?
Take the embedded emissions per tonne, direct plus indirect, subtract the adjustment for free allocation still given to EU producers that year, and multiply by the CBAM certificate price for the quarter. Deduct any carbon price effectively paid in Turkey.

- The certificate price, published quarterly by the Commission in 2026.

- Times the certificate price.
