Senseible

What happens to my Senseible records if my paid plan expires or I cancel?

Your records stay. When a paid Senseible plan ends, it stays in force for 7 more days so you can renew. After that the account moves to the free Snapshot plan: your invoices, emission records and reports remain saved on the server, and only the paid allowances stop.

The 7 days after the paid period ends

The plan you paid for, Essential or Pro, keeps working for 7 days after its paid period ends. This covers a renewal paid a few days late. During those days the account is told when access will change.

After the 7 days: Snapshot

Credits and add-ons you bought

Extra Invoice Scans (₹79 per 100 scans, before GST, bought on your Subscription page) keep their own validity: 12 months when bought on a yearly plan, 30 days otherwise. A lapsed plan does not cancel scans that are still valid. Fast-track Verification and the Expert Climate Audit are paid per report or once, not tied to the subscription.

Renewing

Pay for a plan again from the pricing page and its allowances come back on the same account, with your history in place. There is no re-upload and no new account. Keeping that history matters: the GHG Protocol Corporate Standard expects you to compare each year against a base year you can recalculate from the original records.

Refund terms for cancelled subscriptions are set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

What Senseible does here

This page describes how Senseible plans behave: a 7-day period after a paid plan ends, then the free Snapshot plan, with your records kept on the server. For a specific billing question, write to the Senseible team.
