Scope 1 Documents (Direct Emissions):
- Fuel purchase invoices (diesel, petrol, LPG, CNG)
- Fuel consumption logs
- Vehicle fleet records
- Generator run-time logs
- Refrigerant purchase/refill records
Scope 2 Documents (Electricity):
- Electricity bills (monthly or annual)
- Power purchase agreements (if applicable)
- Renewable energy certificates (RECs)
- Solar/wind generation records
Scope 3 Documents (Value Chain):
- Supplier invoices (raw materials)
