Use the published Brazilian grid factor for the reporting year. It changes with rainfall, so state the year.

Other sources

• Diesel, LPG or gas for heat treatment and forklifts.
• Purchased steel, aluminium and resins, often the largest part.
• Charcoal pig iron, if used, needs evidence for any biogenic claim.
