What emission factors apply to blast furnace gas and coke oven gas?

The IPCC 2006 defaults are about 260 t CO2 per TJ for blast furnace gas and 44.4 t per TJ for coke oven gas. Blast furnace gas is mostly CO and CO2, so it is very carbon-heavy per unit of energy. Use the supplier measured composition when it is available.

What Senseible does here

Senseible reads fuel invoices and electricity bills and applies IPCC 2006 factors and the CEA grid factor (0.710 kg CO2 per kWh), so you can compare Scope 1 and 2 before and after a change from the documents themselves.
