What goes into the BRSR table of resource efficiency and emission reduction initiatives?

Principle 6 leadership indicator 4 asks for a table of initiatives or new technology that improved resource efficiency or cut emissions, effluent or waste: serial number, initiative, details with a web link if any, and the outcome. Write each outcome in measured units from meters and bills, not adjectives.

The four columns

How it differs from the GHG projects question

Essential indicator 8 asks only whether you have projects that reduce greenhouse gas emissions. This leadership table is wider: water saved, waste avoided, effluent reduced and material used more efficiently all belong here, alongside energy and emissions.

Outcomes that hold up

Keep it consistent with the other tables

A saving claimed here should be visible in your energy, water, waste or emissions tables in the same principle. If totals rose because output rose, give intensity per tonne or per rupee next to the outcome so the reader sees why.

What Senseible does here

Senseible reads electricity bills and fuel invoices month by month for each site, so before and after figures for each initiative come straight from the bills, with the factor and source on every line. Reports are self-declared drafts.
