Send a one-page summary: last year's Scope 1 and 2 in tonnes, emissions per unit of your main product, how they were worked out, and what you are doing to cut them. Keep the bills behind it ready. New buyers screen on whether you can answer, not on the lowest number.

- Intensity per unit or per tonne.
- Two or three actions under way.
If you have nothing yet
Say so, and give the date you will have a figure from your bills. That reads better than a guess.
