Which Senseible plan do I need for the number of bills and invoices I upload each month?
Pick the smallest plan whose monthly invoice reads cover your normal month: Snapshot is free for 10, Essential covers 100, Pro covers 1,000 and Scale covers 10,000. For a month that runs over, Extra Invoice Scans at ₹79 per 100 are usually cheaper than moving up a plan.
Monthly invoice reads and price for each plan
All prices are before GST. Estimate the invoice reads you need in a typical month, then add a margin for the busiest month of the year, such as year end.
- Snapshot: 10 invoice reads a month, free, one team member.
- Essential: 100 invoice reads a month, ₹499 a month billed yearly (₹5,988 a year) or ₹1,999 billed monthly, three team members.
- Pro: 1,000 invoice reads a month, ₹4,999 a month billed yearly (₹59,988 a year) or ₹9,999 billed monthly, ten team members.
- Scale: 10,000 invoice reads a month, priced by quote, with team seats sized to the quote.
When to buy extra scans instead of upgrading
Extra Invoice Scans cost ₹79 per 100 scans, before GST, and are bought on your Subscription page with UPI. Scans bought on a yearly plan last 12 months; on a monthly or free plan they last 30 days. If you go over your allowance only in a few months, extra scans cost far less than the next plan up. If you go over every month, compare twelve months of packs with the yearly price of the larger plan.
Volume is not the only difference
If you need more team members or full reports, that can decide the plan even when your volume is small.
- Team members: 1, 3, 10, or set by quote on Scale.
- Reports: a preview on Snapshot, basic on Essential, automated ESG report PDFs and all reporting frameworks on Pro, custom on Scale.
- Green Loan Signal starts on Essential; the Government Incentives Finder and Monetization Signal start on Pro.
- Multi-entity support, API and integrations as a custom build, and dedicated onboarding are on Scale.
What happens when a paid plan ends
A paid plan stays in force for 7 days after its paid period ends, so a late renewal does not cut access. After that the account moves to Snapshot. Your records are kept; only the paid allowances stop.
Worked example: a factory needing about 140 invoice reads a month
- Typical month: about 140 invoice reads
- Essential covers 100, so 40 more are needed each month
- Essential yearly plus one pack of 100 extra scans each month: ₹499 + ₹79 = ₹578 a month
- Pro yearly: ₹4,999 a month
- Volume alone points to Essential with extra scans. Choose Pro if you need ten team members or automated ESG reports.
