What do you read from my electricity bill?

Only the billing details: the period, tariff category, sanctioned load and units.

1. Your name, address, phone, consumer, account and meter numbers are never taken.
2. If the bill shows only kVAh, we use the printed kWh, or kVAh × the printed power factor (marked as an estimate), or kWh you type in.
