Questions buyers ask
Who must comply with Germany's Supply Chain Act (LkSG)?
Companies with at least 1,000 employees in Germany. Their suppliers, including Indian ones, are asked for evidence.
What counts as conflict minerals?
Tin, tantalum, tungsten and gold (3TG). Many buyers also screen cobalt and mica.
Which commodities does EUDR cover?
Cattle, cocoa, coffee, oil palm, rubber, soya and wood, and products made from them.
